Transitional Initiatives is a boutique management consultancy firm specializing in creating solutions for increasing sales and profits by enhancing the way organizations interact with their technology, environment and each other.

All businesses, large or small, go through transitions. Transitions come in various shapes and sizes, whether it is an internal organizational change, or acquisition, they share many of the same challenges: overwhelming complexity, out-of-sync expectations, and personal fears/biases.  Those challenges, when not properly planned for and addressed, can sabotage even the best funded, planned and supported transition.  We assist our clients in overcoming those challenges by working alongside their personnel, from front-line to C-Level, within an organization to identify current needs, anticipate future needs and create credible, practical, cost-effective and results-oriented solutions.  We do not try to be everything for everyone, but we do try to be exactly what our business partners need us to be, which is a credible and reliable contributor to the completion of a transition that is On Time, On Budget and meets All Planned Objectives.

After we engage with a client, we teach client personnel how to simplify the complex and establish an effective process for ensuring that expectations stay aligned up and down the organizational chart. Next we employ one or more of the research based assessment and coaching tools from TTI Success Insights to assist with identifying and evaluating personnel that may be assigned to key roles during the transition. After the right people have been selected we utilize an experience based Heuristic technique to successfully guide those individuals and the company through the discovery, learning and problem solving phases of the transition.
